I can’t register, even though I’ve visited all seven pages.

It is essential for the registration process that throughout you do not close the browser window you used to open the BizServant site. Click through the pages one after the other. To be sure that your visits are being recorded, click on the ‘Update Status’ link to the right after each visit.
This is not required for the registration process, but it helps you check that your visits are being recorded. If you update the status panel as described after each visit, an ‘OK’ should appear next to each page visited instead of ‘open’.
If the problem persists, the following procedure nearly always helps: Close all browser windows except one; reset your counter’s temporary data (->Extras->Internet Options->Reset Data); close the last browser window. Now open the browser again and it should work.



When I try the URL that you sent me I don’t see my own ad.

Close all browser windows. Then open a new browser window and enter your URL again.



I registered successfully but have not received a confirmation email.

There are three possible reasons for this.

1. You or your service provider have installed a spam filter that blocks all emails that look like advertisements without warning. However such spam filters usually allow you to set up a ‘whitelist’ of friendly email addresses from whom you always accept email, even if it looks like advertising. Please add our support email address support@bizservant.com to it.

2. Your mailbox is full and is returning all additional email to the sender. This most often occurs with free email accounts such as AOL, Yahoo etc. Create some space there and try again.

3. You have given us the wrong email address. It is fairly often the case that somebody with the email address eg ‘joe@getrichquick.com’ gives their email address as just ‘joe’. The email address must obviously be entered in the format joe@getrichquick.com.



I have registered with BizServant. Where can I set up my ad?

You have already done this as part of the registration process, when you added your ad text and were given the URL for what you wanted to advertise. You can see this ad at the foot of your Bizservant page. You don’t have to do anything else. Of course you can change your ad: log in on the home page and click on the My BS tab. There you will find your text and URL ready for editing.



Where can I set up text links and Star Links?

Text links (and Star Links for BS-Pro members) are identical to your original ad, ie we publish ads already in existence as text and Star links as well.



Everything has been working OK till now, but today I can’t log on any more.

OK. From time to time we delete accounts that don’t comply with our rules. Read the relevant sections of our terms and conditions again. The most common offences are multiple registrations and unacceptable content.



How can I get my dollar credits paid?

Very easily: As long as your account has reached the payout threshold of $10.00 (threshold does not apply to BS-Pro members) you can request payment. We will then pay out the entire balance of the account to you. Use the Contact tab to send us a brief message including your Paypal account details.
